The perfect solution when mounting aerial hoops, aerial yoga fabrics, and other aerial fitness equipment is not possible. This is especially the case with non-load-bearing ceilings (e.g. plasterboard).

All About X-Pole A-Frame

What do I need to use the A-Frame with an Aerial Hoop, Aerial Silk?

Use the A-Frame suspension lugs, the PoleSports Aerial Safety Chain or special aerial round slings to create secure attachment points on your X-Pole A-Frame. You can attach your Aerial Hoop, Aerial Silk or Aerial Yoga hammock to these holding points with your usual suspension accessories.

Do the additional weights have to be bought separately, are they necessary?

You can use the X-Pole A-Frame without additional weights. However, if the A-Frame is too shaky for dynamic exercises, you can weigh it down with the X-Pole pockets for additional weights, which you can fill yourself.
