Compatibility and usage notes:

Only compatible with X-Pole Stages with 45 mm pole diameter (from 2014 onwards)
Not suitable for 40 mm poles or silicone-coated poles
Use only with the A-Pole – do not combine with B-Pole or extensions
Recommended ceiling height: at least 2.7 m (with standard A-Pole)
For lower ceilings (from 2.2 m), a shorter A-Pole is available separately

How do I find the right Lyra Hoop ring diameter?

Sit on a chair and measure the length from the seat to the top of your head. This measurement plus 10 centimeters gives the recommended inner diameter of your Lyra Hoop.

Can I combine the X-Pole Lyra Hoop with any freestanding pole dance pole?

The X-Pole Lyra Hoop is only compatible with the 45mm X-STAGE and X-STAGE LITE products.

X-Stage/ X-Stage Lite with 40mm pole diameter
X-Stage/ X-Stage Lite with silicone coating
X-Stage versions older than 2014
free-standing pole dance poles from other manufacturers

Do I have to tape the Lyra Hoop?

The special powder coating of the Lyra Hoops ensures a good grip. Additional taping is not absolutely necessary. But if you generally have problems with the grip, or often suffer from sweaty hands, then the additional taping of the Lyra Hoop can be quite helpful.

Can I use the Lyra Hoop with different extensions?

The Lyra Hoop is designed exclusively for use with the X-Stage A-Pole. For reasons of stability, never use the Lyra Hoop with additional extensions or with the X-Stage B-Pole in addition to the A-Pole.
